A new addition to Printek’s line of mobile thermal printers is the Printek Mt2 Portable Thermal Printer, an ultra-lightweight two inch mobile thermal printer. Featuring a protective thermoelastic overmolding for extra durability, the printer is well-suited to meet the rigorous demands of mobile printing applications. Its clamshell print-head design allows for easy paper loading and its light weight makes it comfortable to wear. An integrated three-track magnetic card reader is available as an option.

The Printek Mt2 Portable Thermal Printer can be used with most portable computing platforms and form factors including ruggedized notebooks and pen-pads, handheld and Palm computers operating Windows, DOS, Windows CE, Pocket PC, EPOC and Palm operating systems. When coupled with wireless enabled mobile computers, the Printek Mt2 Portable Thermal Printer is perfect for point-of-service and point-of-sale applications that demand payment at the time of delivery.
