1. Design The Label. Label formats can be quickly and easily designed using CODESOFT’s intuitive graphical interface which provides you with all the tools necessary to design a label that meets your standards.

2. Run the Teklynx CODESOFT for R/3 Assistant. The Assistant is a simple
step-by-step method for creating the files necessary to upload a label or form to SAPscript and to send it to a printer. Once the label design is complete, it is exported as a single ITF file or two files (one text file and one ITF), depending on the label design and printer in use. The text format used by SAP R/3 can then be interpreted for label
printing.

3. Upload to SAPscript. Using the output files from Teklynx CODESOFT for R/3 an integrator/SAP programmer can upload the ITF files into SAP to
create customized—but flexible—output solutions without the need for middleware.
